THE RITUAL — How to use.
A few mindful minutes — the difference between a routine and a ritual.
Warm the skin
Begin in a warm shower or bath. Soft, damp skin lets the polish glide effortlessly while nourishing oils absorb beautifully.
Polish in circles
Massage a generous scoop over the body using slow circular motions. Pay extra attention to elbows, knees, ankles, and areas that need smoothing.
Rinse & reveal
Rinse with warm water. The exfoliating crystals wash away while conditioning oils remain behind, leaving skin soft and comforted.
Layer & lock
Finish with a body oil or whipped body butter while skin is still slightly damp to help seal in moisture and prolong softness.
Good to know.
How often should I exfoliate?
Two to three times per week is ideal for most skin types. Regular exfoliation helps maintain softness and radiance while supporting healthy-looking skin.
Sugar or salt — what's the difference?
Sugar crystals provide a gentler polish and naturally dissolve during use, making them ideal for regular exfoliation. Salt offers a more vigorous scrub experience and is often used for deeper body polishing.
Will it leave my skin feeling oily?
No. Our sugar scrubs are balanced with lightweight botanical oils that help soften the skin while rinsing comfortably clean, leaving behind a silky finish rather than a greasy residue.
Should I use a body butter afterward?
Yes. Following exfoliation with a body butter or body oil helps lock in moisture and completes the ritual for soft, nourished skin.
