All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Each SPB Skin product is:

  • Crafted in small batches with natural ingredients

  • Unique in appearance, color, and texture

  • Final sale at the time of purchase

Please note: Variations are expected and are a beautiful reflection of our artisan process. No two jars will ever be exactly the same — and that’s part of the magic.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, SPB Skin is no longer responsible for its delivery.

To ensure safe delivery, we recommend:

  • Shipping to a secure location (home or business)

  • Adding shipping insurance at checkout (if available)

  • Tracking your order via the shipping confirmation email

If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Order Issues or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
