Order Processing Time
All SPB Skin products are made in small batches to ensure quality and freshness.
Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing before your item ships.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed, shipping may take up to 5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
Total estimated delivery time: 7 business days
(2 business days for processing + up to 5 business days for shipping)
Order Cut-Off Times
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing on the following business day.
Shipping Methods
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx based on the most reliable option at the time of shipping. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package has shipped.
Package Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
SPB Skin is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the shipping carrier marks the package as “Delivered.”

Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
